At Crafterra, every product is made to order with care and attention to detail. Because of this, we follow a strict quality-first policy to ensure every order is delivered as intended.
We do not offer general returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Eligible for Return, Replacement, or Refund
We will happily assist you if:
- The item arrives damaged
- The item is defective or has a manufacturing issue
- You receive the wrong product
- There is a printing or production error
Non-Returnable Situations
To maintain fair usage of our services, we cannot accept returns or refunds in the following cases:
- Wrong size selected by the customer
- Change of mind after placing the order
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout
- Minor color or appearance differences due to screen or lighting variations
- Normal wear and tear after usage
Order Confirmation & Production
Once an order is placed, it enters processing quickly to ensure fast dispatch. For this reason, cancellations are only possible within 12 hours of placing the order.
After this window, the order cannot be modified or canceled.
Reporting an Issue
If you experience any issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve your request quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Unboxing video or clear photos of the product
Resolution Process
After reviewing your request, we may offer one of the following solutions:
- Replacement of the product
- Refund to your original payment method (if eligible)
- Store credit for future purchases
Shipping & Delivery Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer cannot be refunded or replaced.
Once the order is shipped, delivery timelines are managed by the courier partner and may vary by location.
COD & Return Protection
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are subject to additional verification in some cases to reduce fraudulent or unclaimed shipments. Repeated unaccepted COD orders may lead to restricted COD availability.
Late or Missing Requests
Requests raised after 7 days of delivery will not be eligible for review.
