Shipping Policy

At Crafterra, each order is carefully processed through our print-on-demand and dropshipping network. This means products are made or sourced after your order is placed to ensure quality and uniqueness.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.

During high demand periods or sales, processing time may be slightly extended.

Delivery Time

Once processed and shipped, estimated delivery time is:

  • Metro Cities: 4–7 business days
  • Non-Metro / Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Please note that delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier partner, and external logistics conditions.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment. We may offer free shipping on select products or promotions.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS/WhatsApp (if provided at checkout). You can use this to track your order in real time.

Delays in Delivery

While we work with reliable courier partners, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • High order volume or peak seasons
  • Courier delays or operational issues
  • Weather conditions or unforeseen logistics disruptions

Such delays are outside our control and do not qualify for cancellation or refund once the order is shipped.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer cannot be replaced or refunded.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD orders may be verified before dispatch to reduce fake or non-serious orders.

Repeated refusal or non-acceptance of COD orders may result in restriction of COD availability for future orders.

Undelivered Orders / Return to Origin (RTO)

If a package is returned to us due to:

  • Customer not available at delivery
  • Incorrect address
  • Order refusal at delivery

We may deduct shipping and handling charges from any refund or require prepaid payment for future COD orders.
